MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Support for Client Service Team about paper work:
- Check quotation from Client & Suppliers;
- Collect documents for payments to Suppliers and prepare the evidence for Client;
- Update data on system;
- Working closely in term of paper process between supplier, client and accountant team;
- Support other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Full-time Internship: 3 – 6 months;
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English;
- Have experiences working in advertising industry is a plus;
- Have knowledge of Digital, Fanpage management is an advantage;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Flexible, careful, details;
- Hard working attitude;
- Have knowledge on Admin or Accounting is an advantage.
CHÍNH SÁCH ĐÃI NGỘ
- Salary range: 2,000,000 – 3,000,000 VND per month;
- You will be provided Saigon Center Parking card for free parking;
- Join in Happy Hour Party each month;
- Computer, stationery,… other working tools will be provided for you.
